Amik Aviation has three aircraft, with plans to increase fleet size to provide all passengers with exceptional air service. Two of our aircraft are Cessna Caravans, small commuter aircraft that deliver power and reliability for either cargo space or passengers. We have one Cessna 185 which is stationed in Little Grand Rapids and serves other communities from there.


The Cessna 208 is a single-turboprop engine, and outfitted with floats for water landings. The Amphibian can take off on wheels and land on floats to all destinations in the Lake Winnipeg region. The Cessna 208 is used seasonal, and the aircraft can fly up to a max speed of 344 km/h with a maximum range of 2000kms accessing remote First Nation communities.


The Cessna Grand Caravan is a reliable and dependable single-turboprop plane equipped with a Pratt & Whitney Canada engine. The Cessna is also well known to provide the highest performance for rough terrains found in the Canadian Shields, including grass, dirt, and gravel runways. It can seat up to 9 passengers or up to 3600lbs of useful load. The Cessna is the ultimate utility vehicle for cargo or passengers flying north into the Lake Winnipeg Region.


The Cessna 185 is a floatplane and described to be one of the best bush planes. Allowing access to remote aquatic locations in Northern Manitoba. The Cessna is a light aircraft proven to be a reliable vehicle for cargo or passengers taking off and land on water. The plane can seat 4 adults and operates seasonal.
