The well-being of our community members is vital to our daily operations, and we continually follow new information from the Public Health Agency of Canada, and other proper authorities regarding COVID-19.
Here are new business practices effective immediately to keep our team members and customers safety as a priority:
We are pre-screening all passengers upon check-in with a health questionnaire. Anyone deemed not well is denied boarding.
We have increased internal resources for cleaning and sanitizing all aircraft interiors and our office. We are also asking everyone to do their part and follow proper hygiene. We can post more information regarding these topics.
We have suspended all shuttle service effectively March 23rd.
We are doing one flight a week for mail service to each community.
